Our event will offer a Cocktail hour, Dinning and more.
Our Menu will feature an Open Fire three course menu
Appetizer: Stuff Ravoli Pasta with a Lobester Cream Sauce
Main: Charred Ribeye, Creamy Garlic Potatoes, Asparagus
Dessert: Cheese Cake Surprise.
Each couple will be given a gift bag take home for your sweet.
Master Cooking Class Series
French Cooking 101 (13 January 2024)
French Cooking 101: 2 hrs - Demo style class with limited hands-on engagement. Each student will receive a digital menu with recipes for all the dishes done. This class will focus on Beef Bourguignon and a step-by-step demo that will showcase a French classic. This hearty refined stew is perfect for those cold snowy nights or perfect as a winter course for a dinner party. The end of the class will feature this amazing dish guest.
Advanced French Cooking (14 January 2024)
Advanced French Cooking: 2-2.5 hrs - This class will feature both an instructional demonstration of different steps along with hand-on cooking by the students. Each student will learn proper meat trimming, pan usage, searing techniques and sauce making. If your looking to show off for your for your friends and family you will love this hands on course offering classic techniques on an amazing dish featuring local Liberty Delight Steaks that are grass fed and naturally raised.
Advanced Spanish Cooking (25 February 2024)
Advanced Spanish Cooking – 2 hrs - This class will feature both an instructional demonstration of different steps along with hand-on cooking by the students. Students will receive a demo on breaking down a whole chicken. This class will focus on the Spanish dish Pollo al Ajillo. This dish will teach several techniques from dredging, searing, and stewing a dish.
Spanish Cooking 101 (24 February 2024)
Spanish Cooking 101 – 2 hrs - Demo style class with limited hands-on engagement. Each student will receive a digital menu with recipes for all the dishes done. This class will focus on the art of the Tapas. If you're looking to expand your cooks skills for dinner parties or family get togethers this is a great class for you. We will talk through several different Tapas styles and then enjoy a Tapas style meal with a selection of different Spanish Tapas.
Private Cooking Classes
Grilled Strip Steak / Italian Sausage
Cooking Class #1 – 2 hrs - Each student will learn types of meat seasoning and how some enhance flavors while others change them. Additionally, they will learn proper grilling techniques to cook a perfect steak using open fire style cooking.
Grilled Flank Steak & Homemade Tortillas
Cooking Class #2 – 2 hrs - Each student will learn types of meat seasoning and how some enhance flavors while others change them. Additionally, they will learn proper grilling techniques to cook a perfect steak using open fire style cooking.
Grilled Chicken Breast with Pasta
Cooking Class #3 – 2 hrs - Each student will receive a demonstration on how to safely start and cook with an open fire grill. Each student will learn the basics in traditional pasta fresca both a home method and a kitchen method.

Cooking Class #4 – 2 hrs - Each student will learn types of meat seasoning and how some enhance flavors while others change them. Additionally, they will learn proper grilling techniques to cook a perfect steak using open fire style cooking.

Cooking Class #5 – 2-3 hrs - Students will learn the basics of sauce making both in a bowl, pot, and pan. All the students will enjoy the meal that they created. Each student will receive a demonstration on how to safely start and cook with an open fire grill.

Black Smoke N' Embers is a company founded on a Farm-to-Fork concept using ancient Mediterranean and African cuisines. Chef's Jeff Fritz and Mike Edwards use their classical training to fuse modern cooking styles with Old World Open Fire techniques to create a unique fusion of flavors and an unexpected dining experience.
Chef Edwards is an extremely skilled and accomplished Chef and humanitarian with over 17 years of culinary experience. Chef Edwards showcases his skills both as an active-duty military member and chef/owner of both Create LLC and Black Smoke N’ Embers.
Chef Edwards cooking style fuses modernist techniques and his ancestorial open fire cooking style creating a distinctive dining experiences.
Chef Fritz is an Award-Winning Chef, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, and Owner of SilverWolf Private Assistance and Black Smoke N' Embers. He is also an avid Food Historian and have served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.
He loves to meld old world cooking techniques with modern styles in the dishes he creates. His specialty is combining open fire cooking and smoking techniques with modern gastronomy to create a new style of dining with distinctive flavor profiles.
