Jeff Fritz is a retired Air Force member who currently lives in Maryland and is the owner of SilverWolf Private Assistance LLC and the Chef Fritz brand spices. He started his culinary journey while stationed in Phoenix, Arizona and has since gained experience cooking in various restaurants, cooking schools, and even a Michelin star restaurant. Jeff's work is unique in that he uses open fire cooking mediums and blends ancient and modern techniques to create unique dishes for his events. He hosts live fire dining experiences for guests in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, and uses these events as a way to support veteran and first responder organizations. Jeff and his chef partner Mike Edwards also support organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project and the USO. Their cooking style using fire and smoke to enhance flavor profiles and incorporating both ancient and modern techniques is becoming a growing trend among high-end restaurants around the world.
