Turkey and Poultry Brine: Salted Herb

The Salted Herb brine is perfect of all your holiday turkey, poultry, and pork brining needs. This blend has the right balance of sweet and salty and paired with an amazing blend of herbs that make any brine special.

This bottle makes between 2.5 - 3 gallons of brine, just add the mix to the water or stock and bring to a boil to melt all the salt and sugar. You can cool and strain and then add your protein. Recommend for larger cuts or whole birds to brine for at least 6 hours but over night is preferred. No rising is necessary unless you use small cuts like chicken wings or small pieces of protein.

This brine was designed to pair amazingly with the Primal Herb Seasoning for an amazing holiday meal.
