Don’t miss our Fire n' Wine Benefit Dinners featuring Award Winning Chefs Mike Edwards and Jeff Fritz. Each dinner is custom created to enhance the dining experience of each guest. Additionally, we will be showcasing open fire cooking techniques melded with modern cooking styles.

Join us for an incredible adventure with a magical open fire cooking menu in combination with modern techniques at beautiful Robin Hill Farm and Vineyards. This dinner is the first in a series of dinners hosted at Robin Hill Farm and Vineyards. Each dinner will be a unique dining experience and will feature a new amazing menu each time. Additionally, as both active duty military members and veterans we will be introducing some of our amazing brothers and sisters in arms. Each of these chefs area highly skilled and bring a unique culinary skillset that will be on display for each dinner.

Our multi-course plated experience will feature farm to fork dining and includes wines featured for here at Robin Hill Farm and Vineyard. In addition to our dinner, we started a fundraiser to raise money for Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) and was wondering if you would consider making a donation? Your gift will support life-changing programs that empower, employ, and engage America’s injured veterans. Thanks to the generosity of people like you, warriors and their families will never pay a penny for these services.

  • Appetizer - Carmalize Onion and Pear Crostini

  • 1st - Pan Seared Scallops

  • 2nd - Braised Chicken Braciole

  • 3rd - Delacata Squash Soup

  • 4th - Steak Au Poivre

  • Dessert: Bourbon Granola Tart

ABOUT OUR CHEFS 

Chef Jeff Fritz 

Chef Fritz is an Award-Winning Chef, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, and Owner of SilverWolf Private Assistance and Black Smoke N' Embers. He is also an avid Food Historian and have served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.

He loves to meld old world cooking techniques with modern styles in the dishes he creates. His specialty is combining open fire cooking and smoking techniques with modern gastronomy to create a new style of dining with amazing flavor profiles.

Chef Mike Edwards 

Chef Edwards is an extremely skilled and accomplished chef and humanitarian with over 17 years of culinary experience. Chef Edwards showcases his skills both as an active-duty military member and chef/owner of both Create LLC and Black Smoke N’ Embers

Chef Edwards cooking style fuses modernist techniques and his ancestorial open fire cooking style creating unique dining experiences.
